About Jodi


Jodi Grossman

As a leader, coach and consultant in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors, Jodi’s breadth of leadership development and culture improvement experience enables her to work effectively with people from a multitude of levels and organizational contexts. She’s lived what her clients are experiencing, which allows her to understand at a deep level the challenges they encounter. This enables Jodi to work with clients using a practical perspective that is completely applicable to their real situations. Jodi’s work has included executive coaching, facilitating organizational culture change, strategy execution, and helping teams improve how they solve complex problems and make tough decisions.
Clients depict Jodi as insightful, authentic, quick to grasp the complexities of organizational issues, and always dedicated to their success. Her clients have included many Fortune 1000 companies as well as start-ups, including Seagate Technology, Coors Brewing Company, GreatWest Healthcare, Oppenheimer Funds, Hewlett Packard, Level 3 Communications, Amgen, Abbott Labs, Cochlear, Hunter Douglas, Verizon Wireless, United Airlines, Tendril Networks, Food Bank of the Rockies, and the National Sheriffs Institute. Jodi also serves as a pro bono executive coach and consultant with Boulder County Social Venture Partners, an organization that facilitates capacity-building for not-for-profits.
Jodi is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), and is certified to administer the Hogan Leadership Assessments, EQi2.0 Individual and 360 Assessments, Pinsight Leadership Simulations, the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, the Denison Culture Survey, and is a Prosci-certified organizational change management practitioner. She holds an MA in Organizational Communication from the University of Denver and a BA in Biology from the University of Colorado. Jodi enjoys hiking, running, cycling, skiing, international adventure travel, attending independent film festivals, and savoring fine dark chocolate.
